Prescriptions are valid for 1 year from date of prescribing.
You are personally responsible for ordering your medication in time so that you do not run out.

You must pay the Medicare co-payment for each supply of PrEP medication. This charge changes each year and in 2018 is $39.50 for General patients or $6.40 for Concession patients. A Safety Net entitlement card entitles the holder to a lesser or no charge for the remainder of the calendar year. If you have a Safety Net entitlement card please contact us to provide the details.

PrEPonline.com.au uses Australia Post for all deliveries. All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. Parcels will be plain and unmarked for privacy and security. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Due to security issues with medication, the parcel cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected during normal business hours.

Please ensure your delivery address details are current and accurate.

Prescription orders will be dispensed and dispatched the same day the actual prescription is received Monday to Friday and after payment has been approved.

The PrEP prescription must be in the correct approved authority format or we may not be able to dispense it.

Please allow sufficient time for delivery via Australia Post of your PrEP medicine so you do not run out*. We recommend allowing 7 days for delivery or 10 days in remote areas. If sending a prescription to us also allow appropriate time for the prescription to reach us and for the order to be sent back. Allow extra time in peak delivery times for Australia Post such as the Christmas/New Year and Easter periods and for Public holidays

Allow 1-8 working days from the date we ship your order (depending on where you live in Australia).
